A veritable shoe fanatic, Caleigh says her first words were “new shoes”. She’s rocked everything from Barney slippers to pink cowboy boots, but it was her passion for social change that led her to develop RoHo.

After graduating cum laude from Northwestern University, Caleigh accepted a Princeton in Africa fellowship to work for the International Rescue Committee in Tanzania and Kenya. While attending the 2015 Clinton Global Initiative University Conference, she was named a Resolution Fellow for RoHo, which awarded her seed money and mentorship.


Weinman worked in the film industry with self-taught computer skills as a special effects animator on block-buster hits such as Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and RoboCop 2 . Lynda was a faculty member at Art Center College of Design, UCLA, and American Film Institute. Together with her husband, Bruce Heavin, Lynda founded, later acquired by LinkedIn for $1.5 billion in 2005.

Lynda, a prolific film maker, has produced 23 documentaries since 2009, including the critically-acclaimed, award winning documentary, Chasing Coral, about the disappearing coral reefs.


Cameron moved to California with a burning desire to revolutionize antiquated industries. He soon developed a fascination with emerging technologies like blockchain, genetic sequencing, artificial intelligence, and vertical farming.

Cameron’s team entered the New Venture Competition, in UCSB’s Technology Management Program, with an idea to bring the farmers market online. The new company is called Loca Fresh and is currently taking orders. The company goal is to make the freshest food conveniently accessible while supporting local communities. Grocery delivery is an inevitable future and Loca Fresh envisions protecting local farmers and sustainable growing practices.

Cameron teaches free yoga in the park every week with the mission to share the tools that have helped him navigate his life and build a network of people who are eager to improve themselves and their community


Schomer has over 30 years of experience in financial services with expertise in trust and investment management working with local Central Coast clients and in the Portland, Oregon and Austin, Texas markets. Her experience also includes the successful development and implementation of wealth management strategies for multifaceted, complex trust, investment management, nonprofit and private banking clients.
Suzi has been an active volunteer in the Santa Barbara area for over two decades.

As background Bob is a Santa Barbara based consultant and coach who is passionate about helping clients solve challenges in sales, staffing and finance by fully aligning communications, systems and people. Bob earned deep business perspectives through a career that has included roles as executive officer, CFO and President for private and publicly traded businesses such as Select Temporaries, Pinkerton’s, Olsten Personnel Services, and Columbia Pictures, and as a CPA. Through those roles and the many companies he helped acquire, he formed a ‘ground floor’ understanding of how businesses operate, the challenges they face, and the many ways to succeed. Philosophically, Bob sees the business world as a critical channel for most people to develop personally and as a community. Bob is considered an industry expert in business services, staffing, HR and entertainment, multi-office growth and acquisitions. His personal talent is his ability to quickly evaluate operations and the financial results to resolve obstacles and increase the bottom line.
