Drew launched a small wine import and distribution company, called The Organic Cellar, with his father, in Vancouver, Canada, when he was a 19-year old university student. As a summer job, Drew travelled between Italy, France, and Spain, living with winemakers, creating photos and video content for The Organic Cellar.

Satellite offers both food and wine menus, updated daily to feature a vast variety of producers and flavors.
